poor lighting inadequate hooks
the lighting in the room was not good (especially when trying to use the safe). i had difficulty finding a place to hang my hand towel in the bathroom. there were very few hooks available. the room design had problems and utility could be better. the lighting was particularly inadequate near the safe when a workman needed to fix it.

The hotel location proved excellent, close to the train station. I found the rooms super clean and cozy. The bathrooms offered great amenities..
I noticed some design issues within the renovated rooms. The space in the King room felt limited. The bet by the window seemed more decorative than functional..

limited view temperature control
I was disappointed with a few things. The air conditioning seemed preset. I couldn't adjust it to make the room cooler, frustrating. the view from the window wasn't great. It faced an internal space. It felt a bit closed in. The lack of proper temperature control and the limited view impacted my stay negatively.

fantastic stay!
great location up-to-date room friendly staff excellent care
the room was up to date. the location is great (it is close to everything). the hotel is close to the central train station, less than ten minutes. the staff greeted us at every turn with a smile. they really went out of their way to take care of us.
the club food options were more limited than i have seen at other properties.

the front desk staff are wonderful and they are very helpful. the breakfast was amazing with custom-made eggs and omelets. they stored our luggage and leftover food after we checked out until our late departure.

this location is excellent for easy access to the train station and the shopping mall. canal excursions are also nearby. the street is quiet. the hotel is close to many tourist destinations.

A decent stay with minor setbacks
convenient location friendly staff prompt service limited air conditioning interior view sofa placement
The location proved convenient. It was an easy walk from the main train station. The staff were friendly and polite. They addressed an issue with my luggage wheel promptly (fixing it on site).
The air conditioning seemed to be pre-programmed. I could not adjust the temperature above 24 degrees. The room window faced an interior space, not offering any external view. This. The sofa in the room was not optimally placed as it also faced the wall.

clean rooms great location
it did not disrupt my stay. i was out during the working day. location and rooms were clean.
the renovated rooms are poorly designed! there is not enough space for one person at the desk and another to pass by! also, the bathroom has limited space to hang a towel.
